A month after the Special Commission of Inquiry into the scourge of drug addiction came to the Hunter, yet another life has been lost in Newcastle.
Police say a man died from a suspected drug overdose in a park outside a shopping centre in Newcastle West.
Inquiries continue but his death is not being treated as suspicious.
