BRANXTON’S COREY LAMB LEADS NSW BOYS EVENT AT CHARLESTOWN

A host of Hunter golfers, including Jacob Dundas and Josh Robards, are in contention following day one of the New South Wales Junior Championship.
But everyone took a back seat to Branxton’s Corey Lamb, who shot a five-under par 67 to lead the boy’s tournament by two shots.
The teenager is looking for back-to-back victories, after winning the Queensland event last week.
230 of the state’s best young golfers will feature at the Charlestown and Belmont courses this week.
