CATTLE KILLED IN MACLEAY VALLEY WAY ROLLOVER
A number of cattle have died after the truck they were being transported in rolled on the state’s mid north coast.
The semi-trailer was headed through a roundabout on the Macleay Valley Way, north of Kempsey, when it rolled just before 11 o’clock on Saturday morning.
Initial reports suggest two cattle were killed in the crash, while the remainder were moved to a nearby paddock.
Minor traffic delays are expected to continue into the afternoon, as crews work to salvage the truck.
