Following on from a series of regional public inquiries into coal seam gas, including one at Narrabri, Queensland senator Glenn Lazarus has tabled 18 recommendations in a report.
The inquiries examined community feeling towards CSG mining.
Among the recommendations the senator has suggested, is the need for a Royal Commission into how the mining impacts people, as well as electing of a Resources Ombudsman to support those affected.
