ARMIDALE BUSINESS PARK COULD SEE 200 NEW JOBS

Businesses now have the opportunity to set up shop with lower rent prices, thanks to a new business park in Armidale.

The park, located next to Armidale Regional Airport, was made possible by a $6.5-million state government grant.

At full capacity, the park could generate more than 200 new jobs.

“This business park provides extra industrial and commercial land which Armidale and the broader region desperately needs. But it’s land that’s got highway frontage, airport frontage, it’s fully conntect with water, sewer and NBN.”

Construction is due to wrap up later this year.
