A man in his 50s is being treated for chest injuries after he was trampled by a horse in the Hunter Valley.
The man was riding at Congewai, around 15km south of Cessnock, on Monday morning when he was trampled after falling from the horse.
He was flown to Newcastle’s John Hunter Hospital in a stable condition.
