TWO CRASHES ON FAGANS ROAD IN SEVEN HOURS

A 48-year-old man is recovering in hospital, after the car he was driving left the road and hit a tree on the Central Coast.
The crash on Fagans Road at Lisarow was the second in the space of seven hours on Saturday afternoon, with the 48-year-old flown to Newcastle’s John Hunter Hospital in a stable condition.
Earlier in the day, a 30-year-old man had to be flown to hospital after his car left the road and hit a pole.
He was stabilised at the scene by paramedics, before being taken to John Hunter Hospital for treatment.
