A 27-year-old man who allegedly escaped from a minimum security correctional facility near Glen Innes yesterday, has been recaptured.
Ben Michie was located by police in bushland 70 kilometres east of the town, at around 3.45 this afternoon.
He was charged with ‘inmate escape from lawful custody’ and was due to face Armidale Local Court this afternoon.
