The region’s dam levels are continuing to fall, with Mangrove Creek Dam now sitting just above 54 per cent.
Central Coast Council is urging residents to make sure they’re using water wisely, as restrictions will come into force when the dam falls to 50 per cent.
It’s asking us to make simple changes, such as limiting showers to four minutes or less, turning off taps while brushing teeth, and minimising the use of garden hoses.
