The dairy industry has faced tough times recently, but one Hunter Valley farmer is challenging views of a lifestyle he loves.

Dave Williams has become known as “Captain Cow” for his photos of his treasured stock, and other whimsical snapshots of life on the land.

In doing so, he’s become an unlikely social media sensation.
