Newcastle’s Jason Sangha, has notched up another milestone, scoring his first Sheffield Shield half century for New South Wales.
The 19-year-old was making his first class debut at the SCG, as the Blues hosted Tasmania.
Sangha quickly moved past 50, smashing a handful of boundaries to finish the day on 70 not out.
New South Wales will begin day two at five for 285.
