He was voted by his teammates as the Perth Wildcats’ ‘Players’ Player’ during their championship winning season.
And the accolades continue to roll in for Tamworth’s Nick Kay, recently winning the Gaze Family Medal, awarded to the best performing Australian representative.
Kay was one of the Boomer’s most prolific scorers at the Commonwealth Games, and represented Australia eight times during 2018 in their World Cup qualifying matches.
He shares the award with fellow NBL player Nathan Sobey.
