UNDERGROUND CARPARK FLOODED AS WATERMAIN BURSTS AT CARDIFF

Clean up crews have spent most of the morning repairing a burst water main, which flooded Main Road at Cardiff early on Saturday.

Emergency services were called to a section of road underneath the rail overpass just after 5am, after reports a nearby watermain on Fern Valley Road had burst.

Photos from the scene show the road submerged in water, while a nearby underground carpark was flooded.

A number of cars were damaged as a result.
