TRUCK DRIVER STABLE AFTER NEW ENGLAND HIGHWAY CRASH
A 45-year-old man was flown to hospital after his truck rolled on the New England Highway near Murrurundi on Friday.
Emergency services, including the Westpac Rescue Helicopter were called to Blandford in the late afternoon, with the man treated for chest injuries suffered in the crash.
Due to adverse conditions, the helicopter was forced to land at Scone Airport before he was eventually flown to Newcastle’s John Hunter Hospital in a stable condition.
