SECOND WOMAN CHARGED OVER HIGH-SPEED PURSUIT
A second Hunter woman has been charged over a police pursuit on the Pacific Highway near Forster.
The first woman, 25-year-old Deborah Hardy, is accused of stealing cars from two dealers last November, by pretending to take them for a test drive.
She was then allegedly caught driving 130 kilometres an hour in the wrong lane in a Toyota Hilux.
Police now allege a 27-year-old woman helped her steal the vehicles.
She’s been refused bail, and is due to face Maitland Local Court on May 21.
