COFFS HARBOUR MAN WINS $100,000 FROM $2.20 LOTTERY TICKET

A Coffs Harbour machinery operator is $100,000 richer after his $2.20 lottery ticket paid out.

The man, who wishes to remain anonymous, won the prize yesterday after purchasing the ticket from Jetty Harbour Newsagency.

“Lotto have told us it’s a customer that is regular and they’re still working and that they’re going to help their family and pay off their mortgage.”

“We want the person to come in, just give us a nudge, let us know they’ve won. We won’t tell anyone, we’re not allowed to tell anyone. But it would be very exciting.”

The last big winner from the Jetty Newsagency came 12 months ago, when a customer won $25,000 off a $2 scratchie.
