The unofficial federal election campaign continued in Newcastle today, with Labor MP Sharon Claydon meeting with Community and Public Sector Union members, concerned over job losses and conditions at the tax office.
The ALP says – if elected – it would outlaw labour hire firms that drive down conditions for temporary workers.
