TASTE TAMWORTH FESTIVAL TO PLATE UP FIRST EVENT TONIGHT

It’s time to treat your tastebuds, with the eagerly awaited Taste Tamworth Festival plating up in Fitzroy Street tonight.

The 10-day food extravanganza is a celebration of the region’s finest produce – with a variety of treats to suit everyone’s palette.

“It is a great opportunity to taste some local produce, we’ve got some great chefs and caterers providing some wonderful foods at the events we’re putting on this year.”

The new Pop-Up bar will open at 7pm tonight, while more than 2000 people are expected at Sunday’s Taste in The Park at Bicentennial Park.
