A man in his 20s has been airlifted to hospital, after a single vehicle accident in the state’s north.
Emergency services responded to reports a car had left the road and hit a tree at Clothiers Creek, east of Murwillumbah, on Saturday afternoon.
The Westpac Rescue Helicopter’s clinical team assisted paramedics to treat the man before he was flown to Gold Coast University Hospital.
