ALEX NEWSOME RELEGATED TO BENCH AS WARATAHS RETURN TO FULL STRENGTH

The return of Adam Ashley-Cooper to the NSW Waratahs starting-side, has prompted a backline reshuffle for tonight’s match against the Queensland Reds at the SCG.

The change forces Glen Innes’ Alex Newsome to the bench, despite him starting for the side in the opening round.

Coming off a bye – the Waratahs are looking to register their second win of the year.
