MIDCOAST COUNCIL CLEARS UP CRITICISM ON ANIMAL POUNDS

MidCoast Council has reacted to a wave of criticism about the way it operates its animal pounds.

The council says may of the problems it faces would be cleared up, if everyone registered their pet.
