SMITHS LAKE WATER LEVELS AT A RECORD LOW

Water levels at Smiths Lake are at a record low, with residents saying they can see more sand than ever before.

MidCoast Council is urging the community to stop driving on the estuary bed, to preserve the lake’s ecosystem.
