A 70-year-old man has died in a tractor accident in Tamworth this afternoon.
Just before 4:30 on the banks of the Peel River near Johnston Street, it’s believed the tractor rolled over, trapping the man.
Police and emergency services were called to the scene, but he couldn’t be revived.
A crime scene has been established.
