A man has been pulled from the surf at Killcare Beach, after being dumped by a wave shortly before 10 this morning.
The 63-year-old was initially helped by an off-duty doctor and a group of surf lifesavers.
Careflight’s rapid response team treated him at the scene, before he was taken to Sydney’s Royal North Shore Hospital with suspected spinal injuries.
