PARENTS WARNED TO WATCH THEIR CHILDREN’S SCREEN TIME

As kids get ready to go back to school next week, parents are being urged to keep an eye on how their little ones use their phones.
Lismore’s Telstra centre is encouraging parents to understand how they can monitor screen time, with digital safety a major concern.
“A lot of what we do today, will be influenced by technology and as these kid grow up it will be part of how they work and how they interact.”
Some phones also have GPS tracking so parents can keep an eye on their children’s movements.
