A second man has been charged over the death of a 23-year-old man at Lake Macquarie earlier this week.
Belmont man Wade Still was discovered suffering extensive burns on the side of Oakdale Road at Whitebridge in the early hours of Monday morning, passing away on the way to hospital.
Local police establishing Strike Force Yaraandoo to investigate the incident, with a 49-year-old man arrested at Bennetts Green at around lunchtime yesterday.
He was taken to Belmont Police Station, where he was charged with murder.
He is expected to face Newcastle Local Court later today.
A 35-year-old man also remains before the courts in relation to the incident.
