LISMORE GREYHOUND TRACK REOPENED

Greyhound racing will resume at Lismore on Tuesday – almost a fortnight after meetings were suspended due to safety concerns.

The track was closed last Thursday, due to a significant number of injuries and deaths during the past 12 months.

An expert panel has now inspected the track – concluding it IS safe for animals to race on.
