Tributes are flowing for a three-time Sydney-to-Hobart winner who was tragically killed in a boating accident at Ballina yesterday.
The family of Peter Warner has told NBN News they don’t believe the boat capsized, instead, the 90-year-old lost his balance and fell overboard.
