DOING TIME TO PREVENT YOUTH CRIME

A group of Mid North Coast identities will this week spend time in gaol to help reduce youth crime.
It’s all part of the ‘Time for Kids’ campaign, which aims to raise money for youth programs run by police at the PCYC.
Comedians, media personalities and business owners are among those who’ll spend time in a make-shift cell, and they’ll be calling on people to post their ‘bail’ money.
The campaign gets underway tomorrow from 10.30am at the Taree City Centre, and 9 o’clock at Coffs Harbour’s Park Beach Plaza.
