RACING TO RESUME AT GUNNEDAH GREYHOUND TRACK IN JANUARY FOLLOWING UPGRADE

The Gunnedah Greyhound Racing Club is on the verge of re-opening its gates, following a substantial upgrade to a section of the track.
The club’s been closed for 10 months due to animal welfare issues.
A $480-thousand grant from the state government has seen it upgrade and modernize its facilities, with trials expected to be carried out early in the New Year.
The first official meeting will be held on January 27.
