A man has been charged following a pursuit North of Taree in the early hours of this morning.
Police say he was driving recklessly near Cundletown on the Pacific Highway.
Officers initiated a pursuit and road spikes were used near Coopernook to stop the driver.
The offender had a six-year-old in the car at the time.
He’ll face Forster Local Court in February.
