After years of problems with the John Muntz Causeway, work has finally begun on the construction of a new bridge.
Motorists who use Tamborine-Oxenford Road are being warned there will be delays as heavy machinery moves in.
“It’s much overdue in the local area, and I can certainly saw the residents especially around Upper Coomera, Wongawallan, Tamborine have been waiting for this for years.”
