MILESTONE CELEBRATED AS STEAM RETURNS TO SOUTH MAITLAND RAILWAYS

Today marks 125 years since the first steam trains hauled wagons from the coalfields.

While steam eventually moved aside for diesel power, its romantic legacy lives on – celebrated this weekend at the East Greta Junction.
