New England MP Tony Windsor is on the hunt for answers, after plans to redevelop Armidale Hospital have been dumped.
Mr Windsor has blamed the state’s health minister Jillian Skinner, who says it’s the hospital’s own fault, because the funding application wasn’t up to scratch.
