Suzy Batkovic is regarded as the greatest WNBL player of all time, and now she has another record to prove it.

The five-time MVP last night became the highest point-scorer in the league’s history, posting her five thousand-eight-hundred-and-twenty-fourth point, in front of a rapturous Townsville crowd.

And to make the achievement even sweeter, the Fire posted a huge 93-51 win, a much-needed confidence boost after their slow start to the season.
