THIEVES TARGET HOLLISDALE HALL

Investigations are underway after around $9-thousand worth of equipment was stolen from Hollisdale Hall on the mid-north coast.
It appears the thieves used an angle-grinder to gain access to the mow-and-grow shed at Pappinbarra.
Some of the items stolen included a blower and brush-cutter, paint cans, shovels, petrol and a first aid kit.
“Lots of people spend lots of time fixing it doing it and then someone comes and breaks in and takes whatever they could carry, I guess they filled up a ute or something and gone” – Amy Hubers, local resident.
The thieves also broke a window to gain access to the kitchen before taking large cooking pots, a water urn and mixing bowls.
