Hunter basketballer Suzy Batkovic is on the brink of another WNBL milestone.
If she can post 19 points or more tomorrow night for Townsville against the Bendigo Spirit, she’ll surpass the legendary Rachael Sporn as the competition’s all-time leading scorer.
Despite announcing this season will be her last, 37-year-old Batkovic still leads the league with 20 points per game, and sits in second for rebounds.
Batkovic already has the record for the most defensive boards.
