He was convicted of concealing child sex abuse – and today lawyers for former Adelaide Archbishop Philip Wilson, outlined their reasons why that should be overturned.
They argue the prosecution can’t prove he remembered, or believed allegations made against a fellow clergyman, and therefore didn’t conceal anything.
