MARATHON ROW FOR MENTAL HEALTH

While most of us enjoyed a Sunday morning sleep in,
17 teams from Crossfit Minerva at Tuggerah each rowed more than 42,000 metres to raise money and awareness for mental health yesterday.
The full marathon effort took more than 3.5 hours, raising more than $5000 for the Black Dog Institute.
“We just wanted to get the word out there that it’s okay and let people know that there’s help out there if they need it. We just don’t want to lose anymore friends and family.”
