Some sad news, with the death of Laraine Leyland, part of the famous Leyland Brothers team.
Laraine was married to Mal, and just like the theme song went, she travelled all over the countryside with him, often featuring in the brothers’ documentaries.
Originally from Newcastle, Laraine – and Mal – recently settled in Tasmania, and had been planning a move to Queensland to be closer to their daughter.
Laraine Leyland was 73.
