While Suzy Batkovic and her Townsville Fire lost their second game of a double-header on the road.
The Fire lost by four, despite the best efforts of the reigning MVP.
On Friday night, McLean’s Bendigo Spirit hosted Dandenong.
The Newcastle guard scored 11 points, including several in the fourth quarter, but Bendigo still lost by 16.
