A 59-year-old man has been treated for a minor head injury, after the motorbike he was riding collided with a car on the Pacific Highway north of Yamba.
Southbound lanes on the highway were closed with two ambulances and the Westpac Life Saver Rescue Helicopter called to the scene.
The accident caused delays stretching more than 10 kilometres.

The injured man was taken to Lismore Base Hospital for treatment.
