VALLEY INDUSTRIES SHARES SOME CHRISTMAS CHEER

While many have spent weeks busily preparing for their festive feast, some in the Manning are facing a festive season without family or food altogether.

One local business is working to change that, providing a free breakfast tomorrow morning.

“A lot of people are by themselves on Christmas morning and Christmas day so this is just about having someone to go and have a chat, have a cup of tea and some breakfast and celebrate Christmas with other people,” Valley Industries Trent Jennison said.

Meanwhile, celebrations will continue throughout the day in Taree with Ormsby House holding a luncheon for local senior citizens.
