A 72-year-old woman is in a stable condition in hospital, after falling from a horse in the Upper Hunter on Sunday.
It’s believed the woman was herding cattle on a property at Stewart’s Brook east of Scone when she fell.
She suffered head and back injuries, and was flown to John Hunter Hospital.
