Fire has gutted a tow truck business in Lismore’s CBD, closing roads and interrupting business activity.
At about 6 O’clock this morning, emergency services were called to the premises on Keen Street to find it well alight and threatening neighbouring properties.
“The adjoining premises at the rear of the building has sustained some fire and smoke damage and some water damage to both levels.”
It took around two hours for fire fighters to control the blaze.
Authorities are treating the fire as suspicious.
