Two prisoners who fled Glenn Innes Correctional Centre have been caught, after they were found travelling in an unregistered vehicle north of Armidale yesterday.
Police chased the pair to the CBD, before the escapees abandoned a car in Beardy Street, and fled to a nearby house.
They were refused bail at Armidale Local Court today, and will appear again tomorrow.
