The Knights will kick off their 2019 campaign on March 15, when they host the Sharks at McDonald Jones Stadium.
The Friday night game will pit new red and blue signings Jesse Ramien and Edrick Lee against their former teammates.
Newcastle will play three of its first four matches at home – all against top six teams from 2018.
