BLUEBOTTLE INFLUX AT COFFS COAST BEACH

Several beaches on the Coffs Coast were closed to the public today, due to wild weather and a sudden influx of bluebottles.
Woolgoolga, Sawtell and Park Beach among those closed after the creatures washed ashore, creating a beautiful, but dangerous situation on the sand.
Beachgoers are warned not to enter the water until conditions improve.
