Preselection nominations for the federal seat of Cowper are now open.
While The Nationals are still several weeks away from announcing their candidate, the Greens have confirmed Dr Sally Townley will run.
Andrew Woodward has been nominated as Labor’s candidate.
Independent at the 20-16 election and former Federal Member for Lyne, Rob Oakeshott, is yet to confirm if he’ll contest the next election.
It comes after former member Luke Harsuyker called time on his 17-year career.
