A driver has been charged over a serious crash near Wauchope last month.
On the morning of July 16, a 55-year-old man driving a four-wheel-drive collided with a motorcyclist on King Creek Road.
The motorcyclist suffered spinal injuries in the incident and is still recovering in Royal North Shore Hospital.
The driver of the four-wheel-drive has been charged with dangerous and negligent driving, causing grievous bodily harm, and had his licence suspended.
He’s due to appear in Port Macquarie Local Court on October 24.
